How to register and what you need to know
Registration Process
Click "Register Now" on any event above to sign up. You'll receive confirmation details including location, parking information (for in-person events), and Zoom link (for online events). Space is limited for in-person workshops to maintain an interactive experience.
Cost
Most events are complimentary for property owners and managers. Some specialized workshops have a modest fee of $25-50, which includes materials and refreshments. This is announced when registering. Group rates available for companies registering multiple attendees.
What to Bring
For in-person events, bring a notebook and pen if you prefer taking notes. We provide printed materials but many attendees like their own notebooks. Business cards are helpful for networking events. For online sessions, just log in from any device with internet access.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours before an event for a full refund (if applicable). Registrations must be confirmed 24 hours before the event. If you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, please contact us and we'll try to accommodate.
